What I offer...
Hi I’m Jade, the founder of JMS Wellbeing and a degree-qualified psychotherapist.
I work with adults who are struggling with their relationship with themselves, overwhelm, burnout, emotional intensity, trauma, and a deep sense that they are made for more. I work predominately with those who are late-diagnosed or self-identified autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD as well as those who have experienced trauma as a by product of being "othered" or "different".
What I offer is a calm, honest, structured space to understand how your nervous system works, why certain patterns keep showing up, and how to rebuild self-trust in a way that’s sustainable and not not performative.
I work slowly and intentionally.
I don’t force disclosure.
I don’t pathologise difference.
And I don’t rush people into change before their system feels safe enough to hold it.
You may be a good fit for working with me if you want:
-
understanding rather than judgement
-
depth rather than quick fixes
-
clarity rather than labels
-
and support that respects your autonomy

The outsiders circle
Story
The outsiders circle story
The Outsiders Circle was born from the ache of being unseen. From years of standing on the edge, watching others belong while hiding pieces of myself. This is a space for those who’ve carried that same weight, a place where difference is not just accepted, but celebrated. Here, you’ll find belonging, strength, and the courage to step forward as your whole self.
About me
I’m Jade, the heart of JMS Wellbeing, The Outsiders Circle, the content and the resources.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve known what it feels like to be different. To carry labels, to hide parts of myself just to survive, and to wonder if I’d ever truly belong. My own journey has taken me through trauma, abuse, and years of minimising myself, but also through resilience, healing, and rediscovery.
Since 2016, I’ve been a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and in 2020 I opened my own private practice, JMS Wellbeing.
In that time, I’ve sat with countless people who, like me, have carried the ache of being unseen. People who’ve felt othered, silenced, or weighed down by trying to fit into spaces never built for them.
That ache is what led me here. To create varies space, opportunities and resources to help those struggling with this too.
Here is space where difference is not just accepted, but celebrated. A community where you’ll find belonging, tools to help you heal, and the courage to step forward as your whole self.
